Office News - Insurance Coverage

Most insurance companies will cover a large percentage of the cost of oral appliance therapy if the therapy is performed by a properly trained and qualified dentist.

Dr. Rogers has the training and experience necessary to maximize your insurance benefits. Out of pocket expenses may vary depending upon your policy deductible and co-payment percentage.

Dr. Rogers is now in-network with Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield and UPMC Health Plan.

Directions:
From the Bloomfield Bridge follow Liberty Avenue through the town of Bloomfield toward Shadyside. You will pass West Penn Hospital on your left. Continue on Liberty, you will see Shadyside Honda which covers two blocks on the left. There is a parking garage on the right across from the second Shadyside Honda building at S. Winebiddle and Liberty (there is a traffic light there). Park in this garage.

The office is one half block past the second Shadyside Honda building on the left side of the street. The front of the building has a striped awning with the words ASSOCIATES IN RESPIRATORY MEDICINE above the awning.

NOTICE: To Oakland in bound - the Boulevard of the Allies Bridge over Forbes Avenue is closed. There is a detour. Outbound toward Pittsburgh there is a new ramp open from Fifth Avenue to the Boulevard of the Allies.

Directions:
In Oakland driving toward town on Fifth Avenue the office is on the left side of the street between Meyran Avenue and McKee Place. It is a red brick town house. Faulk Clinic is diagonally across the street.

Parking:
Follow Fifth Avenue in the left lane toward Meyran Avenue. Turn left on Meyran then make an immediate right on Euler (an alley). Parking is on Euler behind the doctor’s office. Look for signs that say Parking for Drs. Miller, Werrin and Gruendel. Parking is free.

Alternate Parking:
If there are no parking spaces behind the doctor’s office, proceed to the end of Euler and turn right onto McKee. Go straight through the light (across 5th Ave.). Park in the Montefiore Hospital Parking Garage on the left. If the parking attendant asks if you have an appointment at Montefiore Hospital, just say “yes”.
