Traffic Alert for Route 19 in Wexford!

Please be advised that there will be traffic problems along Route 19 in Wexford due to major road construction. If you travel on McKnight Road North to Route 19 through Wexford to Dr. Rogers' office please expect major traffic delays and allow extra time (at least 20 minutes).

If you are driving from the city your best option to bypass construction is taking Route 279 to 79 North to the Wexford Exit Be advised that there are also traffic restrictions on Route 79 and allow extra time for late afternoon appointments. Directions from the Wexford exit are already given on the website. Please call us if you have any questions regarding directions 724-935-6670.

Notice from PennDOT regarding Wexford road construction:
PennDOT District 11 is announcing long-term single lane traffic on Route 19 (Perry Highway) in the Wexford Flats area of Pine and McCandless townships, Allegheny County, will begin on Thursday, March 17. These restrictions will continue through fall 2011.

Traffic Alert Route 79

Long-term
From 10 p.m. on March 14 continuously through mid-August

• Single lane closures (two of three lanes open) in both directions on I-79 in the area of the bridge over Mingo Road from March 14 through mid-August
• Single lane alternating use traffic on Mingo Road; 15 minute traffic stoppages may also occur on Mingo Road between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and midnight to 6 a.m. as needed.
• 15-foot wide single lane restriction on the ramp from northbound I-79 to Cranberry
• Single lane traffic in each direction on Warrendale-Bayne Road

From mid-August through mid-November

• Single lane closures (two of three lanes open) in both directions on I-79 in the area of the bridge over and Warrendale-Bayne Road.
• Single lane traffic in each direction on Warrendale-Bayne Road
• 15-foot wide single lane restriction on the ramp from northbound I-79 to Cranberry

All ramps and exits will remain open at this time.

From I-79 take the Wexford Exit # 73 - Turn on to Route 910 East / Orange Belt for approximately 2.3 miles. Turn left into the Wexford Professional Building III parking lot.

From the PA Turnpike take the Cranberry Exit # 28 to Route 19 South toward Pittsburgh for 4.1 miles. The Wexford Professional Buildings are on your left just past Billco Motors. We are in building III in the back.
