Dr. N. Michael Fazzini, Jr. practiced restorative and cosmetic dentistry for more than 35 years and began a three-year dental sleep medicine program in 2012, under the mentorship of the highly-respected Robert R. Rogers III at Pittsburgh Dental Sleep Medicine.

A graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Fazzini worked as a general practice associate for seven years before launching his own dental practice, serving as a cosmetic and restorative dentist for 30 years before turning his focus toward dental sleep medicine.

After rigorous study, Dr. Fazzini achieved Diplomate status with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, the highest educational achievement for dentists who treat obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and chronic snoring.

Dr. Fazzini is now a dedicated dental sleep medicine provider, focusing primarily on snoring treatments and helping sleep apnea patients who haven’t responded well to traditional CPAP therapy. He has experience and training in all types of oral appliances, including tongue-retaining devices (TRD) and mandibular advancement devices (MAD).

With a diverse background in dentistry, Dr. Fazzini is a lifetime member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. He is also a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Outside of work, Dr. Fazzini enjoys reading, cooking and baking, biking, hiking, and spending quality time with his wonderful family.
