As a pioneer in the field of Dental Sleep Medicine, Dr. Rogers helped establish the medical and dental protocols that provide patients with the positive treatment outcomes we see today. He was the founding president of the Sleep Disorders Dental Society, now known as the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award.

He was a member of the task force for the revision of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Position Paper on Practice Parameters on Oral Appliance Therapy. In addition, he participated on the task force that developed and published the Guidelines for the Evaluation, Management and Long-term care of obstructive sleep apnea in adults.

Uniquely qualified to manage snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliances, Dr. Rogers is credentialed by the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and has more than 30 years of clinical experience treating patients. He is the founder of the Pittsburgh Dental Sleep Medicine (PDSM) Network that brings together highly trained dentists to provide cutting-edge care to their patients in the tri-state area.

Recently, he has transitioned from clinical duties to administrative and technological oversight while maintaining an active role in the PDSM Network.
